Tomorrow night is the grand opening of our new neighbors’ spot, the Danger Danger Gallery. This is a new art space owned and operated by a group of talented young West Philly artists and musicians, formerly of the Danger Danger House. This is Russell Brodie (on the right).

He paints these lovely, small, intricate architectural pieces on wood panels. Below is the old Danger Danger House in West Philly.

We are extremely glad to officially welcome our new neighbors and old friends to the block. The Grand Opening of Danger Danger Gallery is tomorrow night, Saturday, Feb. 23 at 6pm. 5013 Baltimore Avenue. See you there or else.

Thanks to everyone for coming out! People really seemed to have a great time. Lauren’s luminaries were a huge hit, and the music was tremendous. The awesome folks at Dock Street surprised us with some of their fine beverages. The punch was yummy too! We chatted and mingled as some lovely handmade gifts found good homes.

It was great to meet so many new people and spread the word about VIX. We’ll have these get-togethers every month or so, so watch our site for announcements. Or contact us and we’ll put you on our email list.
