On June 12, Beth Richey helps us go to our happy places, as she likes to refer to her whimsical terrariums. Terrariums are low-maintenance plant ecosystems under glass. These contain organic moss, water, carbon pellets and pretend inhabitants. Paint your own happy little residents that Beth makes out of clay, or choose from an assortment of other notions. Price includes instruction, craft materials and everything that goes inside the terrarium. Click here or on the image above to register online, or call 215-471-7700 during business hours.
**You are encouraged to bring your own glass container with a tight-fitting lid. There will be a limited number of containers available at the workshop.**
Other Second Saturday activities at 50th & Baltimore include craft vendors selling their awesome wares in front of the Firehouse, a special happy hour at Dock Street, and a kids’ play day in Cedar Park with stories, songs, sidewalk art and more!
Saturday, June 12 at 1pm, weather permitting. Refunds will be given or a rain date will be scheduled in the event of a cancellation.
